After a few weeks of corruption expose on the morning/evening news, which in turn just made it more of a comedy sitcom, the news now has turn from comedy to drama. The issue on two showbiz couple have made it to the front page and having 30 minutes overtime on local news because of too much crying. Is this a national issue? Are these two people gonna solve the economy with their domestic problems aired on TV? wow ... talk about TV rating scoops. They would air anything that would generate viewing ratings. There's too much soap operas already on TV why turn a news report into one? A lot of people have been talking about who's side are you with anyway? well neither sides because I dont believe in these people ... this is a domestic problem and they should keep it to themselves than going on air and saying things they would regret afterwards because its on national tv.

The news has been very entertaining these past few weeks. I just gave a guitar workshop this afternoon to a few students. I was suppose to share some of the advance technics but I found out that they werent present during the workshop 1 so I just had to shift my talk to the basics. But I found it very inspiring because these kids are the ones giving their time as apostolate to the music ministry in ateneo and I see myself in them when I was in college ages ago. It was inspiring though and i am looking forward to the next opportunity that I would get to handle the guitar workshop. Although I've not been giving enough time to my guitar playing these past few months because I am a little tied up with a lot of things lately. But I do have the desire to get back to practicing religiously with my passion for the guitar. I was thinking once I can afford to go, I am going to the real estate agent to think about buying a property that will have a spare room for my guitar playing. And I'll have that instead of a living room with TV talking about superficial dumb things.
